Keeping Drawathon free isn’t free. Every year, we need to fund art supplies for a thousand participants, compensate the talented artists who lead sessions, secure and prepare the venue with paper-coated walls, and provide the infrastructure for a safe 24-hour event. We operate without ticket sales or fundraising drives during the event itself because we believe art should be accessible to everyone.
